Does the AI send messages without me seeing them?
No. Every reply is drafted for your approval. You tap to send, edit, or regenerate. Auto-send is available later, per intent type, once you've seen how the drafts perform.
What happens when someone asks a medical question?
Jexa refuses to draft a reply. Instead, it flags the conversation with the reason (e.g. pregnancy enquiry, adverse outcome concern) and notifies your on-duty practitioner. The AI never improvises clinical advice.
How long does onboarding take?
Meta's app review for new Instagram Business connections takes one to three weeks. Once you're approved, setup takes around 10 minutes. We walk you through the first week personally — you're not left to figure it out alone.
What happens to enquiries that don't convert?
They're saved in a separate view with the original message, the detected intent, and the estimated booking value, sorted so the most valuable open enquiries are at the top. One tap takes you back to the conversation in Instagram so you can follow up personally — Jexa never sends automated follow-ups, because you know your customers better than the AI does.

What booking systems do you work with?
In v1, Jexa sends customers to whatever booking link you use — Fresha, Pabau, Calendly, your website, anything with a URL. Deeper integrations with specific booking platforms are on the roadmap for 2026.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Messages are processed in the UK/EU, stored encrypted, and you can export or delete any conversation at any time. We'll share our Data Processing Addendum during onboarding.
